With the edible flower touch, this recipe is always a popular conversation starter at any picnic and it’s made with cooling herbs like mint and borage that are perfect for helping to cool down in the summer heat.

Summer is my favourite time to get creative with salads, salsas, and the like. It’s so much fun to blend different flavours and see how they taste. Feel free to bring your own flare to this recipe too and let me know how it turns out!
