These are a super easy snack to make and with the protein from the almonds and the sweetness from the honey, they are the perfect fix for those moments where you’re craving a something sweet. If you use raw/unpasteurized honey, you also get a little immune system boost. The light protein and carbohydrate combo even make for the perfect bedtime snack. It’s definitely no coincidence that I’m choosing to share this recipe during sleep awareness week!
