I’m of the camp that chocolate makes everything taste good and these muffins are no different. Although, I think these would be delicious even without the chocolate. Aside from the chocolate chips, there is no added sugar so these make for a nutritious and delicious snack. The blueberries also add a pop of colour and are a great source of anti-oxidants!

Chocolate Blueberry Banana Muffins

Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 Bananas

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

Handful of chocolate chips

Handful of blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas
  2. Beat in egg
  3. Mix in vanilla, baking soda, and salt
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and blueberries
  5. Preheat oven to 350 degrees C
  6. Bake for 15 minutes
